Myall Remembrance Park Services Memorial

Myall Remembrance Park is a tranquil lawn cemetery located at Dalby on the western Darling Downs.  The Dalby area boasts a proud history of resident servicemen and servicewomen.  To recognise this service a location and structure was needed to permit families to have a bronze plaque supplied for the individual remembrance of those who have served.    The Myall Remembrance Park Services Memorial supplied and installed in 2015 by J.H. Wagner & Sons provides an area for reflection and individual remembrance in close proximity to the lawn cemetery areas.

Two memorial walls in polished Black granite have been provided with space provisions for the attachment of individual bronze plaques.  On the face of one wall is a collage of laser etched images completed with our JHW 'Generation Etch' technology.   Gold incised letters provide the title and dedication text of the memorial.

Both memorial walls have been set into a single piece Black granite base stone with tapered vertical edges and full polished finish.  This form of memorial construction is very neat with minimal requirements of future cleaning and maintenance.  A similar construction of memorial has also been provided by JHW in the Sandgate RSL Sub Branch War Memorial.
