Drayton War Memorial refurbished by J.H. Wagner & Sons.
Drayton was the original settlement of the Toowoomba area and is now an historical suburb of Toowoomba City. J.H. Wagner & Sons partly dismantled the memorial in 2007 to allow removal and replacement of the quarter columns, damaged marble panel and cleaning. The refurbished memorial is located at Brisbane Street, Drayton. Where possible, the restoration services of J.H. Wagner & Sons aim to maintain the original materials and structure of our public memorials, however in situations where on-going upkeep has been limited we are also able to carry-out more extensive restorations.
